The staff was very nice and professional. It was made easy for me since this was the first time I have filed a claim and really didnt know exactly what to do. The man that brought the car to the front for pick up was exceptionally nice and thoughtful. Your body shop manager, Gentry Ferguson, was wonderful throughout the process. He answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently. The receptionist/cashier was kind and efficient. My car looks great. I am happy with the whole experience at Dave Sinclair Lincoln.
