Went in for a cosmetic repair (bumper, plastics, lights) and it took two attempts to take from the lot because it didn’t run more than 3-4 mph. The van didn’t have a single mechanical issue when it was dropped off at Daves other than needing an oil change (maintnance light) After taking the van home and further inspecting and checking on the body work performed, we found that they never finished putting my van back together. Missing parts, loose parts and parts that weren’t even changed. Not to mention they made me purchase a battery claiming that mine was old and didn’t charge only to find out the battery is also perfectly fine. I am still patiently waiting for them to have the decency to call me and fix their mess and get this done right considering they already got paid by the insurance and already got my deductible. I’ve been told great things about the owner, but his employees are running his business and ratings down. The only person that did an awsome job is whoever painted the bumber. Great paint work. Other than that it’s the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.
