I would recommend for body work but not anything that might need to be done by dealers that requires specialty service.

My vehicle had a headlight replaced. I had to return the vehicle as the headlight had "spots" and now that I have it back the headlights were adjusted improperly which will leave me to take it to the dealer and cost me money.

The guys were attentive regarding the vehicle service. One gentlemen I first dealt with had rubbed off some scratches immediately and that was unexpected and welcome. However, he also said he would give me a separate quote for something and when I came in the next time he didn't remember. The woman who handles the phone is very responsive and nice.

Have to bring auto back in as the hood latch release mechanism does not seem to be in place. Perhaps inadvertently forgotten to be repaired? Informed shop via telephone at 4:55 pm on 11/16/17 - the day I picked up the auto - of problem. Now need to bring back to Dave's for correction/additional shop work. May have to leave auto for the day? Have to arrange for substitute travel arrangements. How long to get fixed? Can I wait for it to get fixed or di I need to send a family member to wait while I borrow their car for the day as I work 6:30 am - 4 pm M-F myself.
