I paid an additional $1500 to have the bumper replaced because there were gaps between the bumper and body panels after the first repair. The new bumper has the same gaps. I expected the repair to look OEM, the same as the car did before the damage, but it looks worse. This was never an issue with the last autobody shop who repaired it following a fender bender. The factory had no problems with fitment. I cannot fathom how a body shop can send a car back obviously not repaired correctly. I feel like I’ve been ripped off. Not only will I not take my car back but now I have to bring it to someone else.

My Highlander looks great! But then I know what good work you do. I wouldn’t take any vehicle I own anywhere else: my car looks great inside and out-thank you very much for that!!
