I was very pleased with the work that was done on my vehicle in a short amount of time and for a good price. It was just getting to the scheduled date of repair that was a bit frustrating. I was initially told they would have the part in about a week and would be calling me to set up a time. However, after several weeks went by I was the one who had to reach out to see if there was any update on the part ordered. It tuned out the was an error with the order and it would have to be reordered. I’m afraid if I had not said anything, this would have gone unnoticed. I was told via email that they would have it by next week and I would then receive a call. After over a week and no call, I called and asked if they got the part to which I was told they had it and were painting it and I would get a call the following day to set up a time. About a week later, I finally received a call and set up an appointment. Again, I am very pleased with the work done by Dave’s and plan to use them in the future. My only critique is that the communication is more thorough and consistent.

The car was not completely repaired. When I asked about the front bumper I was told it wasn’t repaired in an effort to keep the cost down. Unfortunately I was never contacted to ask if this was my wish. So I was never given the opportunity to choose. There is a gap and separation between the bumper and headlight where I can put my finger through, cracked paint and scratches. I understand the reason you chose not to repair it, it just wasn’t my choice, and I think it is important to clearly communicate and not make decisions for your customers regarding their property.
