Could use improvement. Received notice my vehicle was done at 5:00 pm on 9/16 when I received an angry & abrupt message from Dave at about 9:00 am on 9/18 stating “ your car has been done & sitting here for days. Are you ever going to come get it? You need to let me know if you want it.” Dave’s abrupt & angry message is unprofessional & accusatory. We all have responsibilities & sometimes need to rely on others to get a ride to pick up a vehicle that is getting repaired. His body shop did great work but his own personal inability to treat a new customer with respect & courtesy is why I won’t return or refer his business ever again.
