Right now i cant

I have had done a extreme amount of business with Gerber over the years. It has been awhile. I brought sons first new car there and trusted them with the car. Which had 2 separate accidents neither of them his fault. End result they helped out alot at first with the claims etc. One accident vehicle was it directly on the driver's rear wheel. Damaged the rim and suspension besides body work. At first assessment Scott it probably get a new rim and tire. When picking the vehicle up and inspecting it I noticed the drivers rear tire was low. I asked for it to be checked. Someone did check the air but then through keys on counter and that was it. Nothing was said if it was low. On the way home low tire came light came on. All of this should of been checked reset and calibrated prior to us picking car up. After several days and the first weekend my son noticed tire keeps going down. We removed the drivers rear tire assembly noticed that no wheel weights were on it so it may not have ever been balanced and the seal of the tire to rim is leaking around half the rim. And the new rim does not look like a new rim from Honda at all. It may be used or reconditioned. I want a new tire and new rim from Honda and it to be balanced. Now the car is not drivable as these cars do not come with a spare. Gerber may need to provide a car rental also.

Someone should of said after the drivers rear was found to be low and this tire and rim was damaged in the accident they should of not released the car until it was assessed.

The team at the Cedar Lake location was a pleasure to work with. As soon as you enter the premises, I was greeted by Alene who provided me with all the information I needed in order to start my repair. The rest of the team was fantastic. From start to finish it was a true pleasure to work with this group.

The team at Gerber was fabulous! From the greeting to the day, I picked up my auto. I would give it 10 stars.

Did a great job. Would have been a 10 if the gas tank door latch wasn’t broken

New hood and quarter panel looked great. They washed it really good. Problem was my gas tank door latch is now broken. I have to bring it back on Wednesday Sept 2nd for the to look at that now
