After an adjuster refused to write my ticket for no other reason than he wasn't going to make any money, I had to speak with the manager and she promptly took care of the issue.

the estimator who wrote the original ticket need to find another job

This is the second time I use Gerber and I've been impressed with their workmanship and their commitment to making sure all their customers are satisfied
