Unhappy with the transparency about pricing with an aftermarket bumper that i upgraded when getting my truck fixed. I feel that i was mislead into believing that the bumper they ordered for me was the cost that I was gonna pay if I were to order it& the only difference was the $8 shipping however, when I got the final bill, they added a markup on the bumper without notifying me so I was stuck paying an extra hundred dollars for the bumper that I shouldn’t have been or I should’ve been notified about it before I told them to go ahead with ordering it. I could’ve ordered the bumper myself and brought it to the shop. Had I known that I was gonna be paying a markup price I would’ve declined. I would’ve got free shipping if I would’ve ordered the bumper myself, the way that they made me feel was that they “had to”order the bumper. I Just feel that when dealing with customers they need to be more transparent with every detail why would I wanna pay more for a bumper just because you’re ordering it and not me? Make it make sense. And the bumper that I ordered had lights on it that they didn’t even hook up so now I have to hook them up myself. I was paying for the upgrade and the additional hours for them fitting the bumper for them to just ignore the lights and not tell me they weren’t going to do them with the install.
