I have always brought my cars here for body work. This was the fourth time I believe and this was the only time I've been disappointed.

The work is done well but I wasn't happy with a spot that was painted over. I was under the impression that my whole rear bumper was being replaces and just the rear bumper was replaced but not the top. I misunderstood before having the work done. I thought for 3 200 dollars when I brought up a small scratch I wasn't happy with it could have been touched up , but was told not to worry it was gone over and is protected. We'll I know its protected from any rust because its plastic. I've always brought our cars to M&S because there work has always been impeccable but I was disappointed this time. I remember when given the estimate I was told I needed a new rear bumper that's why the cost was 3,200. I was under the impression the whole bumper was being replaced not just the lower portion. Just disappointed. If there is a next time I will ask more questions to get a better understanding before having the work done.

Not my 1st time at your shop and if someone asked me where I had my car repaired at I'd say m&s collision

It took awhile but not m&s fault t at all everyone there was professional n courteous job was well done
