Miscommunication...I asked when I first gave permission for Davidson's to work on my car...do you have payment arrangements/can you work with me...I was told yes....now when it's time for me to pick my car up....secretary gave me a hard time...someone made several entries on my account for half of my deductible...had to take time off to bring a post dated check instead using my cc information that was given the first time.

The debt and scratch repairs are excellent. However, the paint is swirl scratched and their explanation is that the new paint needs to cure for 30 to 45 days for the scratches to go away. They want me to bring it back in, keep it for a day and fix it. However, I couldn't get a clear answer on what exactly the are going to do to it. Therefore, I won't be bringing it back.
