It’s hard to say. Maybe all body shops are in the same situation. Depends on parts being available in a timely manner and coordinating out side repairs better. Our Jeep was at the Chrysler dealership for over a month

The repair took very long. Over 16 weeks. I am thinking that if I did not become the squeaky wheel by calling and visiting Davis, our insurance company and Chrysler it could have been much longer. Seemed like Chrysler didn’t think that my repair was a priority.

The only thing I see that I wondered about was the other headlight is now noticeably dimmer than the new headlight. Is there some way I could have it buffed out to remove the scratches and opacity so that it is as bright as the new one?

The body work was well done however a tire sensor went bad, my check engine light came on, I've had problems with my touch screen system, and there is a new dent on my car that Davis claims did not happen on their property, resulting in another claim to my insurance. The work was fine but I won't be going back.
