David, the serviceman that I dealt with was very thorough and detailed while explaining the process for the repairs and the timeline for the repairs. The experience here was one of the worst I've had dealing with just about any place of business. The interactions ended up feeling very dishonest and shady. First impressions were positive but I will never do business here again if it can be avoided.

Every interaction from when the car was first called "complete" to when I finally got it actually complete was discouraging. Had I not been proactive and almost pushy, I don't trust that my car would have been properly repaired. I also was never given the full story as to what happened with my car while at the body shop, but it was repeatedly suggested that the dealership, or even myself, were responsible for the issues that were unrelated to the original body work in the first place.
