Great dent, body repair of the vehicle looks great 👍. My concern is on the after cate as the vehicle was dirty still had dust all around and fingerprints throughout New paint job. For thousands of dollars paid at least minimal a wash down of the exterior of the car to reflect new fixed and shiny repair done. Also rental car was a nightmare frin the location got overcharged by not having Dealer choice return insurance rental on time.

Car went for two reasons 1 a fuel pump 2 caved in passenger side. They forgot sticker and to repair the damage to the rear bumper YES forgot. After waiting 5 weeks to finish body work the fuel pump dies and I’ve been waiting three business days to get the car back

This is the second time I used Dealers Choice and the work they do is exceptional my car was t-boned and smashed on passenger side and when I went to pick it up you couldn’t tell it was hit I love this this place work well done and they even detailed my car inside and I wasn’t even expecting that what more can I say great service friendly staff keeps you informed of what’s going on I couldn’t be happier thank you Dealers Choice I will return for my future needs thank you again Sean

My experience was very disappointing at best. The repairs took a week longer than I was told and then they were incomplete. The hatchback was poorly aligned (paint on paint) and the paint job had been polished through the paint exposing the black primer. The rear fascia is buckled at the wheelhouse on both sides. When I see all the awards on your wall for excellence, it is difficult for me to understand why my vehicle was so poorly repaired.

Most of my attempts to contact someone went to voicemail. When I did get someone, they were very polite and promised to call me back with answers that day or the next which never happened.
