My car was with this company for nearly 8 weeks and still wasn’t finished when I picked it up resulting in me having to bring it back a second time. Upon arrival the second time they told me it would only take an hour to an hour and a half and I waited for 4+ hours. Communication was awful on their part in letting me know when my car would be done and it was a constant going back on the information they provided. I feel like my vehicle is in worse shape now than when it went in for a simple door replacement. I’m missing multiple things out of my car (parts of my car) and now my trunk won’t open except for inside my car.

Perhaps have Deery cars that are really nice and let people use those as rentals then they will want to purchase the car because they enjoyed driving it so much :) Food for thought!!!! Everything was great! Thank you for getting my car done so quickly!
