The door lift will not stay latched unless I push on it. I thought Willis Motors of Des Moines was fixing it. The painted job was beautiful. I wish the repair had taken less time.

Would be closer to a 10 had you not damaged the bumper which was not part of the original repair. At least you fixed the bumper but only after we noticed the damage when we brought it home and after you tried to say that perhaps the damage was there before it was brought in.
