I had a tire go flat that was unrelated to the accident. I asked for a new tire to be put on and I would pay for it. I was told they couldn’t get a tire for another week so I had to pick the car up with my spare tire on it. I went down the road and got a new tire from tire barn so not sure why a new tire couldn’t be obtained. Also, when I left I realized my front left turn signal wasn’t working. When I got home I found that it was disconnected. I’m assuming during repairs it was disconnected but it was not reconnected. I was able to reconnect it at home. Overall the process was fine and if it wasn’t for the tire issue then just the turn signal thing would’ve been the only concern. I’m hoping all of the other repairs were properly completed.

I hope no need for windshield replacements. But if one must, they did a good job except attention to cleanliness of the inside of the vehicle.

The windshield seems to be installed correctly, I have not observed any leaking or anything off. I would have appreciated a bit more attention to the details when it comes to the cleaning of the inside of teh windshield, cleaning any broken seals from the inside of the car, consider the beige leather color it would have been nice to protect the inside of the car from any excess dirt tracked or caused by the operation. Otherwise, it would have been a perfect job.
