Given the age of my truck, 24 years old, I am satisfied. The completion date changed from 6/19/26 to 6/25/26, I decided that there may have been problems getting all the necessary parts and it may have been more difficult to remove old parts safely as well as other issues beyond the control of the people making the repairs. Everything and everyone else was as expected. It’s only been less than one day but the truck drives like new. So, yes I’m completely satisfied.

The work was done well but the original date for completion was on 6/19/26 but it was not completed until 6/25/26. I presume it was due to difficulty of obtaining parts for a 23 year old Chevy Silverado and perhaps difficulty of removing corroded parts . Whoever the was completed and I’ve hard no problems so far.Defiuw dud handle the extension of my rental car to cover the delay.

We have been long-term customers of Defouw's (we've bought 10 vehicles from Chad Oakley). Unfortunately, we had to use their Collision Center. They did not disappoint. Our Equinox was ready when they said and the repair job looks great. We can't tell there was ever a dent. We recommend Defouw's Collision Center.
