It is crucial for repair shop to upload estimates to the underwriter as soon as they become available. It is crucial for repair shop to place parts orders as soon as estimates were produced. In my case, the underwriter was unaware of an estimate done in July 2022, and the underwriter reached out to me in Dec 2022 for my copy of the estimate. Additionally, after the estimate was done in July 2022, a Repair Order was not opened until Oct 2022. I sincerely wish the repair shop could draw some lessons from these matter and start to improve future operations.

Was very satisfied with the installation of the new bumper and the fact that they cleaned the inside of my car. They even washed it before returning it to me. Thanks to everyone that was involved in the whole process.

Cowl panel still was broken and needed replaced. When the door panel was put back together it was not right, could not adjust mirrors, that was fixed on spot. Once got home and opened trunk parts of the trunk were not put back together and clips were broken. Nuts and bolts laying everywhere in trunk. Opened hood and there was a black and metal bungee cord with onside still attached to the motor, and the other side was hanging freely. This could have gotten caught in a fan or belt and caused alot of damage. Luckily it didn't. Black sticky residue all over mirror cover on drivers side, on the backseat and on the driver's side rear door window.

Absolutely horrible work. Have to get car realigned. Under pinning flew off 2 miles down the road from the shop. Did not fix all issues but claimed they did.
