It would've been nice to have gotten a call the night before expected completion to confirm promised delivery time and as a reminder of any concerns (i.e.-payment, etc.) or of any possible delays in promised delivery time. I got a call an hour before my quoted delivery time that it will be delivered later than expected.

This is the second time that I brought my car to Degovanni's and both times I received outstanding service. They guided me through the process to ensure smooth service when it came to handling the financials: my insurance, money owed and renting a car. I've had poor experiences with Enterprise so it was better and more convenient this time to use the Hertz across the street. The best part of getting my car taken care of here is the detailing they do to make the car look like new. I appreciate Degovanni giving my car back to me in clean condition in both the interior and exterior. I will be back and refer my friends and neighbors too.
