I'm very satisfied by the customer service they gave to me. I was nervous taking my car for repairs to a shop i never used before. Degovanni eased my anxiety the first conversation we had. They made it easy and walked me through every step. Kept me posted on any changes in the process. I had a delay due to waiting on special parts they called the day they knew about the delay. They fought my insurance company with an issue that popped up and fixed it right away. They truly stand with the customer not the insurance. My car come back cleaner than expected. I hope I'll never need a collision shop but if I do Degovanni will be the experts I'll use.

DeGovanni’s did a great job repairing my car and the repairs were finished 2 weeks earlier than they originally estimated. I will say that I had to reach out a few times in the first week to confirm the estimate was completed and work would begin. However, after the estimate was complete after my car being there for a week, communication was great and repairs were timely. Rita at the front desk has great customer service skills. My car was also detailed on the inside when I received it back. Would recommend!
