Not because of the repair work which, as far as I can tell (or know of) was done well but, because of the location of the facility which was not convenient to me (or anyone I might refer). And, perhaps I need more hand holding and documentation than others but, the sparse written and verbal communication during the repair period did little to calm my anxiety during what was already an extremely stressful time.

Yes, particularly the repair to the electrical system which the vandals tampered with. So far, the electrical functions all seem to be working. The replacement of the driver side window and sun/moon roof all seem to have been done properly.
