The only thing I would like to say is that I wish there was better communication on your end. I was sent a text when I dropped off my vehicle with a link that would keep me updated on the status. I was told it would be in the shop for 4-5 days but heard absolutely nothing for a week. When I called per the car rental company(they could not get hold of anyone for the status)I was told my truck was done and you wanted to know how soon I could pick it up. I wasn't expecting it for another couple of days.

DelRay's did a fantastic job as far as the repairs went. My only issue was the lack of communication. When I dropped off the truck, I was told it would be in the shop for 4-5 days. Dropped off on Monday evening and was told it may be done on Friday. I called on Friday for an update and they didn't know what the status was and put me on hold. When they came back a few minutes later and said it was in the paint booth and to check back on Tuesday or Wednesday. The car rental agency called me on Monday seeking an update and said they were having a hard time getting hold of DelRay's and wondered if I could relay a message for them to call with the update. When I called DelRay's to relay the message, I was told the truck was done and they wanted to know how soon I could pick it up. I had to do some scrambling to now leave work early to figure out how to return the rental and catch a ride back to Cedar City to pick up the truck.
