The customer service was fine except for one resolved problem: While my vehicle was being repaired an insurance company had set me up with a rental car. I did not receive a notification from Del Ray's that my vehicle had been repaired. Instead, I received the notice from the rental company who also informed me that the auto shop had tried to call and get me to pick it up on Friday (I have no missed calls or messages from Del Ray of any kind), and because it had been ready, the rental company was going to charge me for additional days. Fortunately I was able to prove that call didn't happen and was not charged for extra time. Still, the situation was highly aggravating and could easily have gone much worse.
