The only reason it is not a 10 isthey did miss one spot we had talked about being repainted. I was supposed to get a rear quarter panel done, but changed that after I got hit with a rock storm from a poorly repaired highway repair.So switched it to my hood instead with NO extra fee, they did a fantastic job on the hood but a 3-4" wide x 24" long in front of the hood was missed (Just above the grill and on plastic vs metal but not requiring additive to the paint which is used on bumpers.) Though they DID buff out another scratch completely on my passenger side roof without asking for more. They DID make me a bottle of touch up paint from it and I touched up the area missed (1 of the 2 you cant see now) Another spot I saw on my bumper which I did not notice prior. (a dime size chunk from the rock storm) and without that paint, that could flake more. I also touched up other areas which overall has me very happy. I would like to rate it a 9.5 overall on this area.

This place is completely unprofessional and has horrible customer service. They had the car for 5 weeks to fix a windshield and minor cosmetic damage from a tree falling on the car. We were told the car was ready after 4 wks and went to pick it up to find that they missed fixing have the damage from the branches hitting the paint and the entire car was covered in a rust colored spray which the owner said was there when the car came in. It definitely was not and I had the pictures to prove it. It happened while at this shop. It was over spray of some kind. After arguing with the owner for quite some time they finally agreed to fix it. My insurance company had to get involved and agreed to cover some of the fix which is unethical in my opinion since this was the shops mistake and had nothing to do with the tree incident. I will never take a car here again and I’ve advised my insurance company to stop using them as well.
