I had to bring my car in twice—first for the original repairs, and then again to correct those repairs. The gentleman/repairman I spoke with the second time was much more knowledgeable about the work that had been done and provided a much more pleasant customer experience. I believe they have professionalism with compassion as well. They were extremely organized and kept me updated on a daily basis. And did an amazing job! I really appreciate how they beautifully restored my ES 350 2011 Lexus. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks! I also would like to come in both rich and Lisa for their kindness and attention to detail. It truly helped make the best out of this situation!
