I will contact the office on Monday. I would have loved the option to add a video or photos to the repair work. Shop had my car for two weeks. Spot on the paint and bumper piece not even attached correctly.

They kept me updated throughout the entire repair process, checked in with me often, and made everything so easy. They even helped me arrange my rental and made sure the return process was seamless.
