As I sat in the Delcas office waiting for Joel to put together the estimate for my car, I overheard David and another customer chatting. The customer was asking for a quick cosmetic fix. In David's reply, he asked the customer to take a look at the plaques on wall. I looked up too, seeing the many certifications and awards Delcas has earned. David mentioned they are trying to earn a few more and for that to happen, Delcas needed to deliver high quality work; no quick bandaids ever. It dawned on me that, I was met with that same integrity at interaction. From Joel asking thorough questions about what happened to my car, to Olga taking the time to get my parking pass that I forgot, everyone was kind and welcoming. Those things alone are worth the perfect score on a survey. Then came the day to pick up my car, and WOW. I couldn't bring myself to take a before pic of the damage, but you'd never know there was any (aside from reading this feedback). The color match, the shape of the door, the placement of the weather strip. It was a full factory reset. Those plaques on the wall tell a small snapshot of the true expertise, care, dedication, and service the Delcas team provides. Thank you Delcas!

Delcas team did an amazing job! Not only did they update me on my vechiles status throughout the process but they also took the time to take picture of everything and send them my way. I’m very thankful for this team on being able to PERFECTLY color match my pearl colored car. I’m not a professional at all but have heard that pearl colors are harder to paint match. I will be definitely sending friends and family over to Delcas auto collision!

Upon seeing an issue with my vehicle I stopped on my way home at DelCas Auto Collision Inc to insure my car was safe to drive. Upon arrival I was met by the owner When I explained what I noticed and my concerns about driving further, he visually inspected my car then had one of the mechanics raise it for more in-depth inspection. After the more through inspection, I was informed of the damage and that it was not road or impact damage but "Vandalism". It was suggested that I contact local police and my insurance company, and the car was made road safe for me to drive. After contacting both the police and USAA repairs were scheduled at DelCas Auto. DelCas Auto kept me informed of the status and completion of repairs. When complete DelCas Auto provided me a ride to inspect and pickup my vehicle. The repairs and return preparations made the car look and handle New.
