I scratched and dented the wife's car an experience I would never like to go through again since I got yelled at. So Immediately I went on the hunt for a collision repair shop and to my surprise almost every shop in Salinas was "completely booked out until one month" and that was only for an estimate they all told me I would have to make another appointment to actually bring the car in to get the repairs. When I was close to giving up I called our dealer Gold Star Motors , where we got the car, and they recommended DELCAS. So I called them and Immediately when Nolan, the rep, answered the phone, I knew I was in good hands. He wasn't cold like the other shop attendants that I had gone too. No, He was very professional and had excellent customer service! I felt ike I was family and they were there to help. The shop manager was very knowledgeable about insurances and repairs she really cared about us as the customers and didn't look at our case as simply another job. DELCAS got us in that same day, worked promptly with our insurance and worked quickly on the wife's car. Let me tell you, that was when I was able to finally take a deep breath of relief. But my biggest amazement was when I finally picked up the car from their shop, oh my goodness the car was in the shape I had gotten it fresh off the dealers lot. DELCAS went above and beyond they even washed, shined and polished the entire car not just the scratch and dented area. Also cleaned the inside too! Truly without a doubt this Auto Body Collision repair shop is like no other. 10/10 expectations met and superceded! Next time I need a body shop I know I can count on DELCASS. Thank you guys, you are all awesome!!

Michele was AMAZING! Her explanation of estimate and process was very thorough. She is so nice, friendly and makes you feel like you are her #1 customer. Nolan was great, he answer any questions I had and I had quite a few. He never made me feel like I was a bother always very helpful. My dad actually recommended this place because he previously used Delcas for his auto repair and said Michele was great, I agree and will definitely recommend this place. Thank you so much for the great customer service and the repair on my car. So happy the way repair turned out my car looks good again. 😁
