My initial contact at Delcas was Michelle (hopefully I spelt her name correctly). Someone always promptly picked up my call, resolved any questions that I had concerning communication with the insurance company agent responsible for his client’s damages and repair of my son’s 2005 Prius. This was when everybody’s’ dealing with COVID-19 where most companies have their office staff (such as insurance companies) worked from home. The inconvenience this created were compounded the normal frustration dealing with insurance companies, but in spite of these additional issues I thought Delcas really came through for us. I thought our needs were met on a personal level claiming our nerves while we waddled though the process of having damages resolved. I would highly recommend them. Delcas’s repair and the fact the paint job matched flawlessly. Great job!

This is our 2nd time taking my wife’s Camaro for body work at DelCas. This guys are the best! Very professional, friendly and always in a good mood. They take away the stress and hassle of dealing with insurance, Augie and Michelle are the best. I highly recommend these guys . I would give them 11 out 10 stars. They treat you like family, Michelle is awesome. She really goes above and beyond to help customers.
