Very happy with the actual repair. Since I was self pay I was disappointed that I was not told initially that I would have to pay for the parts before repair was started. Until I called for update I learned this. That made the repair delayed bt two weeks

I had mentioned that I would need to get my car towed into the shop for repairs, due to not having valid registration. I spoke openly about having to get it towed into on the day before my repairs were to begin. I was about to schedule a tow company company and happened to check DeMaagd’s google ad page. It stated on the google ad page DeMaagd offers free pick up and delivery. If I hadn’t randomly checked their Google ad and called to confirm its validity, I would have been out of pocket an additional $200.-$400.+. Those were the quotes, according to two different towing companies I’d called before discovering DeMaagd’s free service. I was somewhat perturbed that it, pick-up and return, wasn’t offered voluntarily when I was scheduling the repair. If I hadn’t discovered DeMaagd’s free service luckily, as I said earlier I would have been out of pocket additional money!

I was told by Lisa the truck would be done in 2 weeks time with a minor front end collision. Repairs took 8.5 weeks. Lisa told me they started the truck with a ruptured trans cooler to attempt to drive it in the shop after 4 weeks. TJ told me that the batteries were needing replaced (both batteries relatively new) after they left the key on after 6 weeks time of possession. Jack(John?) told me the truck was being worked on when it was outside with 2’ tall weeds growing around it after 6 weeks time. When I picked the truck up, it had a bunch of garbage from the body shop in the bed of the truck, and the fuse panel cover was in the passenger seat floorboard. Dishonest. Unacceptable timeline for the minimal repairs required. New headlights point straight down at the ground. Terrible service. I won’t refer, and I will tell everyone I know about my experience.
