I need to call and have them look at it, I have not contacted them about my concerns. The paint job on the bumper was terrible. Looked like it needed another coat or two you could still see sandpaper marks in it. They detailed the inside of the truck, which was nice, but completely scratched up the plastic on my dash.

I enjoyed getting text updates concerning the progress of the repair. I would caution that extra effort is given to ensure the correct information is sent. (I received inaccurate information concerning the expected completion date. )

The only negative I can say is the inaccuracy of the repair time. I was told 5-7 days and was extended 4 times to 22 days total. It made it expensive and inconvenient for the rental car situation. But as always, I’m happy with the repairs done
