The collision center fixed the original reason for service but damaged another part of my vehicle in the process. When it was brought to their attention they said they weren't liable and paid him $100. My question is if they weren't liable why did they 'pay us off'. The customer service was great but I now have an entirely new claim on my car because of this collision center. Do not contact me unless my car will be rightfully repaired.
