Chipped paint. Called to get fixed, and either told to come but they weren’t there. Told me twice on two separate occasions that they would call me but never did. Plastic in the rear of car was all scratched and it wasn’t even fully in. I had to go in a snap it into place. Car was left muddy and dirty on the inside. Back light was dangling from ceiling. Bright side? The dent is gone but seeing as they just replaced everything, makes sense.

The Staff & Management were nice and professional. Place was very clean and there were a lot of cars there. The Associates did a great job repairing my car from the hail damage. This is a very good business establishment.

The repairs they did to the dents were fantastic. Still waiting to hear back about clarification on why the front of my car (plastic covering, issues in the paint) was not fixed. Was told someone would come out to my house and fix the front/take off the cover and no one has.

Everyone did an amazing job and the two gentlemen that helped me at the front desk were great. No complaints whatsoever, there's still a slight grease smell in the car but after repairs to the door I would expect that.
