I found Dennis Hall to be very unprofessional. They lack communication with me about my vehicle. My truck was supposed to be done on the 20th of March I didn't get it until the 21st of April. Only once while my truck was in their shop did I receive a call from them,all other times I had to call them. I was not satisfied with the way business was conducted at all. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone at all. When I received my truck white residue was in it heavily. They broke my visor on the back driver side door and put it on the back floor. Didn't put one the driver side, gave me the box and said you do it. It was not a good or professional experience at all. There was a bunch of other things to mention.

Dennis Hall’s Body Shop did an amazing job on my SUV after an accident. They carefully examined my vehicle with me, identifying every inch that was damaged due to the collision. This was a “first” for me being involved in any collision of any kind, a very stressful moment in life, then picking a body shop from multiple others just elevated the stress. So I just did what I always do before making a decision, I prayed that GOD would order my steps. Enter Dennis Hall’s Body Shop! My first visit, a lot of my fears and anxiety concerning my vehicle looking and performing as before the collision, and with no dashboard lights. The ease of my concerns was my confirmation that I was in the right place. Everyone was professional, yet friendly, and polite, answering all of my questions. Upon dropping off my vehicle, one of the employees even dropped me off to pick up my rental. Everything was amazing, I have nothing but great things to say about Dennis Hall’s Body Shop @ 230 E Brooks Road! My car was ready for pick up in about 9 days. We examined the repairs of the affected areas, and I was also informed of the repairs of the non visible damage that was also repaired. Great job Dennis Hall’s Shop! Thank you JESUS!

My experience with Dennis Hall's Body Shop. was awesome from start to finish. They took very good care of my vehicle and its repairs in a timely manner. They were knowledgeable as to exactly what needed to be done after examining my vehicle beforehand with me. The damage was to my passenger side door, doing our examination, the even spotted damage to my passenger back! I was very impressed, because I thought I had visibly taken note of every damage part to my vehicle. I highly recommend Dennis Hall's Body Shop to anyone needing a reliable, trustworthy Body Shop. I had a wonderful experience with Dennis Hall's Body Shop! They fixed my car so quickly (much earlier than the estimated date), and I felt truly cared for throughout the entire process! I did not feel rushed or disposable. Carl and Chad took time and care to answer all my questions. They even cared about my safety just hanging around in that area! 🥹
