I am completely satisfied with the service I received from everyone I had the pleasure of interacting with at this facility. Each person I encountered was professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the process, from the front desk staff to the individual who personally handled my account. Dwayne Oldham, my estimator, was especially impressive. He was knowledgeable, proficient, professional, and courteous, and he kept the process moving smoothly. The work was completed in a timely manner, and I was very pleased with the overall service I received. At this time, I have not had an opportunity to thoroughly inspect the completed body work or the technical features as closely as I would like, because of personal reasons. From my initial observation, everything appears to be in good order; however, I have only had the opportunity to make a preliminary visual inspection. I would therefore like to note that my comments regarding the body work and my technical features are based on that initial observation and not on a detailed inspection. Should I identify anything upon a more thorough examination that requires attention, I will address it accordingly. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and the professionalism of everyone who assisted me throughout the process. Yvette
