I was pleased with the followup, follow thru and workmanship provided by Dennis Hall. Even though I was not the insured, the cost of repairs went from a quoted price around 1200 to over 2000. It would cause me to question any quotes received by the company. Ironically, because of the work done on my bumper, we were considering using them again for paint chips on the vehicle.

My experience was the best. . All the staff was personable, attentive, and knowledgeable during the entire process. They assessed the damage, provided an estimate, notified the insurance company and began the work. They kept me updated via text as work was being done. I had an unexpected tire issue at completion. Chad immediately addressed it for which I am grateful. I would highly recommend Dennis Hall for wreckage repairs. I believe one would be extremely satisfied and enjoy getting to know Katrina, Chad and Wayne. They are exceptional people doing an exceptional job.
