I think my main dissatisfaction is with the estimator rather than the shop itself. My alignment is messed up from the accident. Otherwise the service itself was very nice and the people were friendly enough. One issue I had was when I dropped off the vehicle, I was told that I would receive a call with my drop off date. A few weeks later I called back and they said that I was supposed to call them myself. Very confusing and my car was fixed late but whatever it happens.

Den’s did a great job on my car fixing my catalytic converter that was cut off my car. Would definitely take my car there again. Hopefully not for the same reason.
