The actual repair was amazing and essentially looks like the car was brand new. The communication beforehand including an unexpected cancellation of the scheduled repair and the expected time of repair certainly affected the experience. I can understand that there are variables maybe not seen on initial inspection that can require additional time, but from a clear cosmetic issue there should be a relatively accurate time frame on expected completion.

I don't know if its permanent but whenever I go over 60 mph there is this load whistle noise I'll call in if it keeps it up other than that everything was perfect

The original estimate was 1 week for repair, it took 2; off by 100%. I was told that I had to "wait for a call" re: pickup vs. scheduling a time....so I had to wait around....very inconvenient. Lastly, I found gravel in the bed of my truck that was not there upon drop off.....I believe someone "used" my truck before returning. Not a happy customer at all!
