I will never take my vehicle back to this shop. Use to be my go to with any incident related but after this experience I will find a new shop to take my car.

My car did not get fully repaired by the body shop. They also bypassed a check engine light to get me to take the car and not even 2 miles away from the shop the check engine light came back on and when I did further investigation, the car had no coolant, even though both issues had been communicated with the insurance during the claim.

The team communicated with me up until I dropped the car the second time and they ran the test. After that they had stopped calling me. They also made it seem like I was lying about the claim I had put in, which didn't sit well with me.
