This was the worst service ever did not put antifreeze in the car burn up the water pump had to take it to the service department. The service department found none of the clips for the front bumper were in around the wheel. Well, replaced all clips in front bumper had to replace the water pump. Also had to return the car to get the headlights program that they didn’t do.

Ciocca Collision Center of York made the entire process extremely easy from beginning to end. Even though the repair itself was fairly simple, they treated everything professionally and made sure the truck came out exactly as it should. When I dropped it off, they contacted the rental company for me, and within just a couple of minutes I was being picked up to get my rental vehicle. Picking up my truck after the repair was just as quick and simple. The whole experience was smooth, well organized, and stress-free, and I really appreciate that the repair is backed by their warranty for as long as I own the vehicle. Great service from start to finish.

Communication was great! They helped me coordinate my rental and pickup and drop off. 10/10 customer service! Definitely recommend! And will use again. The car wash and vacuum clean was the cherry on top!
