Honestly I would probably select somewhere else. The people we very nice and helpful. But if I am basing it on body work I would go else where.

As a retired State Farm agent I am very familiar with the Select Service process but had no experience with this shop. The location was convenient. I appreciated the extra help provided when I accidentally left my remote in the rental car.

The quality of work was amazing! The Manager Donte was outstanding! I wish I could end it there......Natasha the office administrator ruined my experience. I had several interactions with her during my repair and results were all the same Her style was very robotic, just spewing the facts, no conversation at all. I found her to be extremely obnoxious, talking over me and at times down talking to me. I was subjected to this degrading behavior when all I wanted was to get my car repaired. Natasha became the subject of the office when two of my Co workers shared their same experience with her. I will never go back there again as long as she is there. Do better, train her in customer service, not a good fit for your company

I was promised 10 days tops for my car to get repaired, July 21st ! There were 3 date changes when I finally got my car on July 28th! It was totally unfair I paid for my rental for the extra days after July 21 when it was i initially told my car with be repaired! I should not have paid a penny but was still charged the portion the insurance was not covering! I spoke to the front desk lady who spoke down to me as if I was slow …. She continued to explain to me what the insurance didn’t pay! I completely understood that ….but the bottom Line was I would not have paid anything had my car been ready on July 21st! The repaired work looks great but way to long in the shop and I should not have paid a dime after the 21st

Hood seam wasn’t level with other side and they left a spot on the hood that wasn’t painted over properly.

When I asked at vehicle drop off if parts would come from a junk yard I was told no. Then one of the wheels was replaced with a junk yard wheel. It was scratched up and not in the same excellent condition as the other 3 wheels. I put a brand new battery in the car just a few months prior. It was starting and operating fine the 2 weeks before our scheduled drop off date. They replaced it and said it was dead. Do not trust this shop. Feel like it’s probably coming from the top on how to cut corners and milk the system.
