Dent Busters was the first company in Tucson to offer Paintless Dent Repair, introducing the new process to Southern Arizona. In 2006, they expanded to include minor body & paint and collision services. Now a full-service body shop, Dent Busters maintains their ethics of outstanding service. You guys were amazing and did excellent work on my Tacoma. Got it looking brand new. Thanks for your high quality work, great communication, and professionalism. Our family has been friends with Barry and Jenny for a long time, my mom used to work in the office, and Barry would occasionally hire me when I was a kid to clean up the grounds and break down boxes. When my truck was messed up I knew exactly where I wanted to take it. Thanks again, I will always recommend Dent Busters for the best work in town.

Overall the repair was done quicker and on time. One minor issue is that the part that was painted is a slight different color/hue that the other trim parts and the finish has a slight rough feel when wiping down.

The staff was kind and meant well. However, the estimate (and thus disclaimer) was sent to the wrong email address, so I never received it. After the repair on my Lexus ES, it turned out that one dent could not be completely fixed, and I was offered a $50 discount for this. Later that day when I closed that door (front passenger), it had a new rattle, as though the outer metal was hitting something inside the door that had previously been fastened to it prior to the attempted repair. I regret not going through my dealership.
