Like I said good work can sometimes take more time but that should be communicated. Things can happen when trying to get the job done and doing it "the right way" but better communication would have gone a long way in avoiding delays and disappointment. Alfred and Gary are good people but they need to communicate much better to avoid confusion and uncertainty.

Gary and Alfred listened to what I had to say and were always curteous and polite. However their follow through in getting the job done in a timely basis left a lot to be desired. The completion of the job kept on getting put off. Like they say, good work sometimes takes a little longer to do but they did two projects for me and both took a much longer time to do than anticipated and promised.

On 06/03/26 at approx 19:15, I, a previously not too happy customer of the Dent Doctor from an experience 2 days prior; drove by the Dent Doctor to check on my vehicle and inadvertently ended up meeting with the owner Alfred. Alfred was pretty cool and went out of his way to re-address and make right the issue from 2 day prior. I texted my Progressive Insurance rep today and even let him know things with my vehicle were looking pretty spiffy now! Thank you Dent Doctor for the little bit of extra attention to detail!

Communication was limited, and when I picked up my vehicle my windshield was cracked. They scroll through all the pictures they have and can not find that it was cracked when I brought it in. Because it was not. They were supposed to call me today 3/16/2026 to schedule my fix but no call yet. Basically did not want to be responsible for what they did to my windshield.

Considering they lied to us on the phone, and in person during physical check-ins because they would not call or answer, I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

There was no repair, as they let the car sit in their yard for 50 days. It is currently at another facility, and I have had 3 calls for a checkin and it already in process of repair...
