After returning home, I opened the hood to check the oil and found the fuse box lid laying loose in the engine compartment and individual fuse covers not in place (not locked). The engine had debris all over the top evidently from the insulation removal. I was disappointed with the condition of the engine compartment and the fuse box lid loose. Lastly, I was told during the initial estimate that Dent Masters would buff a small section of the roof to improve the appearance but no effort was made and when I asked if it had been done I was told that it was not communicated to them by the person that made the offer. I have since reinstalled fuse caps and box lid and cleaned the engine compartment.

Took over 2 weeks for a minor dent repair due to insurance company issues. Dent Masters did great work on the repair but did just as great a job on dealing with the insurance company who initially wasn’t going to cover the cost to repair. I was kept fully informed on the insurance and work progress. Hope to never have another vehicle damaged but would go straight to Dent Masters to get it repaired. Very professional, thank you.

The job was done timely, and the best that could be done, given two bad parts that were sent. Chris kept me informed the entire time, and gave me the best option to have one item changed out down the line, with minimal down time.

They advised me that the insurance company approved / sent a wrong part, but they made sure the vehicle was drivable, so I didn’t have to continue paying for a rental car while waiting on the correct part to come in.
