Denver Auto Body was founded in 1988 by Fred Zardoshtian. The original location was on the south west corner of Colfax & Elm, in the Park Hill neighborhood. This location had six thousand square feet of works pace, an office, and outdoor vehicle storage lot. We repaired over seventy five hundred personal vehicles and over ten thousand insurance pay vehicles in the 16 years before we moved. In 2004, Denver Auto Body and Paint moved to a larger facility. The new facility located at 5601 E Colfax Ave, Denver, CO 80220 provides over sixty three thousand square feet including secure indoor storage for our customers cars while being repaired.

A pleasant experience even making the appointment. I was able to take my Dodge in within days. The ladies at the front desk were professional and courteous from beginning to end. Lyndon. My guy. When you stick to your word it really means something especially in this day and time. When I say Denver Auto body delivered they did just that. Lyndon was professional and courteous as well, he knows the job and business. I was very pleased with the price of the repair and the turn around time it took to get the job done. Communication from my adjuster was basically nonexistent, the only unprompted update I got was at the very end and often I had to call multiple times to get any sort of update on my vehicle.

Panel that was repaired popped out, penny put in charger and now doesn’t work, cone in back seat of car. Usually you guys do a good job but this is disappointing. Came in and got told I’d have to pay for a bracket, that it’s different than the repair (it isn’t) and denied the charger damage when you’re the only ones who had access to my car. And can’t explain the cone that was in there. Did you leave it unlocked?

First of all, the car is mine, Dianne & a friend of mine recommended you. She had her car at your facility for service. When I had the estimate I was told it would be about 5 days for repair, It took over 3 weeks. I think if I would have been told it would be roughly 2 weeks then one can adjust much better. Communication was ok but not great. I made the call to find out the progress then I received a couple of emails. I would still recommend you because overall you seem to run a smooth, clean operation.

The repair itself was very good — there is a small flaw in the paint job, but it’s not visible when the door is closed. The inside of my car was filthy. Dusty like the windows had been left open for weeks, some-sort-of sticky white substance on my seats, seatbelts, and sprayed in the inside of my windshield, and there’s a dimple in the leather of my armrest.
