The lining on the inside of my door was damaged during the repair and not put back together correctly.

No one called me during the month that my car was there to provide me with updates. I had to call myself and then was told that the car would be ready the next day after waiting 3.5 weeks to hear from someone. The car wasn’t ready the next day and no one called me to tell me it would be ready.
