The repairs were not done to my satisfaction. The exterior of the car was not cleaned after the work was done. After I cleaned the exterior I saw the subpar work your shop did.

I told the Geico representative and the Denville Bear representative that the seat belt sensor needed to be fixed. I was told it would bexpect but it wasn't. It should have been obvious, the light was blinking with no one in the passenger seat.

No need to contact me. Just wanted to suggest that if a car isn't done by its due date that you send a text update with a new anticipated completion date. My car was due Wednesday. Friday came and I hadn't heard anything. You're texting system is awesome, just keep in focus with it. Car looks great - you guys just earned a new repeat customer.
