I expected a quality job from Denville Bear based on experiences from friends in Branchville that have used your services over the years. I am satisfied with the work and would have no hesitation recommending your shop. The work was completed on schedule; the quote I requested for additional work was furnished promptly. And, of course, the email updates kept me appraised of the status of the vehicle repair. I found that a nice touch. Because, we are all too busy to have call to find out where are car stands in the repair process. Actually, this was the most pleasant experience in auto body repair that I have had. Additionally, it is very convenient that Enterprise Car Rental services are located in the same building. If I ever need your services again, I will come back. Thank you.

When I picked up the car, there was no inspection with me. The receptionist just handed me the keys. It was around 8:30AM, so maybe they were busy. I did look over the car by myself and found the work satisfactory. Thank you
