In my opinion, it took too long. My gas tank was empty but was more than 3/4 full when the car was picked up. When I tried to fill the tank, the gas flap wouldn't open. I'll have to bring the car back after not having it for 20 days.

I am completely satisfied with the service and the bodywork, but I was disappointed I had to come back twice to pick up my car. The associate did call and apologize profusely for forgetting to leave the keys in the car and I can't ask for much more than that. :) She was a great help and very nice as well. I also wanted to thank you guys for detailing the f*** out of my wheels. They have never looked better. I would use you guys in the future for my own personal needs as well as anything insurance related.
